In SMT-1 testing, the minimum frequency interval is the shortest allowed time between consecutive executions of a test. For Test 18, you must wait at least 30 days between runs. That means scheduling it any sooner than 30 days would violate the rule, while intervals of 30 days or longer comply. Among the options, 30 days is the smallest interval that satisfies the requirement, whereas 7 or 14 days are too short, and 60 days is longer than the minimum but still allowed—just not the minimum.
